Limited Liability

Daeryun Law Firm (Limited), established under the Attorney-at-Law Act, is a limited liability law firm. In cases where damage is caused to a client due to the intentional or negligent acts of the attorney handling the case, the responsible attorney, the member attorney who directly supervised or directed the responsible attorney, and Daeryun Law Firm (Limited) shall jointly compensate for the damage in accordance with the Attorney-at-Law Act.
